Vintage Judith Leiber red snake skin belt with a medium gold plated belt buckle. This belt is in good condition and shows no signs of wear. However the original owner did use tape to hold the adjustable part of the belt in place so as long as you do not extend the belt past 31 inches you will not see any noticeable signs of wear.
